In this showpiece with alienated Mozart motifs, Raskatov plays with as much humour and with as, for example, in his Tchaikovsky paraphrase The Season's Digest. The work bears the ambiguous subtitle not a 'not-turno'. Dedicated to Gidon Kremer, the '5 minutes from the life of W. A. M.' are often programmed at his concerts with the Kremerata Baltica and have also been recorded on CD (Nonesuch).
